Before becoming a coach, I spent 20 years in the music education industry, including 14 years building and leading an award-winning, 6-figure children’s music company. That chapter of my life taught me something essential >>> sustainable success is not only built from a solid foundation, structure, aligned systems and strategies, but also from soul, not sacrifice.

Additionally, I’m the co-founder of a mindfulness education company that supports several hundred preschools with emotional wellness and embodied mindfulness tools for children, educators, and families.

In 2024 alone, I created over $500K in high-ticket sales, working a fraction of the hours most sales professionals grind through, proving that hustle isn’t required for growth, and strategy doesn’t need to come at the cost of alignment.
